David Mack has been engaged in the practice of criminal defense continuously since 1987. Mr. Mack worked as a public defender for 31 years before opening a private practice in 2018. Scott Sanders was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1997. He began his legal career at the Salt Lake City Legal Defender's Association (LDA), working as a public defender. The five years spent at LDA gave Scott a broad base of experience handling criminal cases: everything from forgeries, aggravated assaults, stolen property, to a murder jury trial. In 2003 Scott went into private practice, focusing his efforts on criminal law.
