Robin Kent Ljungberg (pronounced "young-berg") is a native of Utah and a 1991 graduate of the University of Utah College of Law. Robin is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Louisiana. He spent over a decade as a felony trial attorney at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association. Rob also spent time as a litigator for Allstate Insurance and took a number of personal injury cases to trial. Since opening his own office in 2004, Rob has specialized in criminal defense in both the federal and state systems. During his lengthy career, he has handled well over a 100 jury trials to verdict, including 10 homicides and numerous high profile cases. Over the years, he has established a good rapport with the courts and prosecutors, and has the experience and knowledge of the system to provide a solid defense to anyone accused of any type of crime.

Scott Sanders was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1997. He began his legal career at the Salt Lake City Legal Defender's Association (LDA), working as a Public Defender. The five years spent at LDA gave Scott a broad base of experience handling criminal cases: everything from forgeries, aggravated assaults, stolen property, to a murder jury trial. In 2003 Scott went into private practice, focusing on criminal law.
