Scott Sanders was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1997. He began his legal career at the Salt Lake City Legal Defender's Association (LDA), working as a Public Defender. The five years spent at LDA gave Scott
a broad base of experience handling criminal cases: everything from forgeries, aggravated assaults, stolen property, to a murder jury trial. In 2003 Scott went into private practice, focusing on criminal law.

After graduating from Georgetown University Law School in 1995, Trent returned to Utah as a reporter for the Ogden Standard-Examiner.
He worked as a reporter, editor and freelance writer for the next several years. His legal career started after writing a series of articles that
introduced him to Utah's criminal defense community. Trent specializes in criminal and civil rights law.

McCaye is a seasoned attorney who has worked on several high profile cases in Utah, most notably the Elroy Tillman matter.
Elroy Tillman was a condemned killer with a scheduled execution date, living on death row at the Utah State Prison. McCaye worked on the legal team that
won a stay of execution for Mr. Tillman. As a result of the team's efforts, Mr. Tillman's death sentence was commuted by District Court Judge Leslie
Lewis to life imprisonment without parole. McCaye is well known for being very generous in terms of pro bono hours donated to the less fortunate.
